Bank is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee
Program. Under that program, through December 31, 2013, all
noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the
FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the
Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate

On December 31,
2009, the Federal Reserve announced the last in its continuing
efforts to consolidate the check processing regions. February
27, 2010 marked the date of the completion of these efforts,

change eliminated the concept of a check being “nonlocal”, and
has affected First Service Bank’s funds availability policy. If
you have questions regarding how this could potentially affect
your deposits, please contact your local customer service
representative for details.
